When Luke and Estelle Chandresinghe of London-based Undercover Architects renovated their Nineteenth-century townhouse, the kitchen is what gave them essentially the most bother. In reality, they did it twice. “The kitchen, which is sort of small, is the one area we struggled to get proper,” Luke says. They built-in storage into the kitchen island and designed the sort of customized options you’d look forward to finding in an architect’s personal kitchen. The finishes embody a mixture of blackened metal, blanco marble, and evocative shade. Right here’s a more in-depth look.
