After buying the property, the couple commissioned Stephen “Chick” Rabourn of Marfa’s Distant Structure for a renovation and addition—after which at Rabourn’s advice she additionally introduced on Austin agency Fox Fox Studio.
The house enjoys views of the Davis Mountains and Sleeping Lion Mountain. The yard addition—offering a brand new front room, bed room, and bathtub—tilts away from the unique house at an angle, to seize views.
