Koos de Keijzer is a Melbourne-based graduate of Eindhoven College of Expertise within the Netherlands, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects and the founding companion and principal of DKO Structure. Throughout the previous 25 years, Koos has led the growth of DKO throughout seven studios in Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam and Indonesia, to a crew of greater than 300 staff. An award-winning architect and concrete designer, Koos is thought for his revolutionary design strategy and analysis into housing typologies. His work champions architectural integrity and the event of sustainable communities.
Jade Kake is an architect, tutorial and author of Māori and Dutch descent, with tribal affiliations to Ngāpuhi, Te Whakatōhea and Ngāti Whakaue. She is the founding father of Matakohe Structure + Urbanism and a part-time lecturer at Huri Te Ao, the Faculty of Future Environments at Te Wānanga Aronui o Tāmaki Makau Rau Auckland College of Expertise. Together with Jeremy Hansen, Jade is the co-author of Rewi: Āta haere, kia tere (Massey College Press, 2023) and the writer of Rebuilding the Kāinga: Classes from Te Ao Hurihuri (Bridget Williams Books, 2019).
Annabel Good is an architectural and inside designer whose work is outlined by a relaxed, nature-inspired aesthetic and extremely thought of detailing. As head of Studio 11:11’s Auckland workplace, she creates timeless areas with refined materials sensibility. Sarosh Mulla is an achieved designer and tutorial, dedicated to sustainable, culturally grounded observe. As a director at Pac Studio, he has led many award-winning tasks throughout Aotearoa. Sarosh holds a PhD in Structure and is a senior lecturer at Waipapa Taumata Rau College of Auckland, the place he focuses on expertise and design, integrating analysis with architectural observe. His ongoing artistic works replicate a rigorous, joyful strategy that prioritises environmental care and design excellence.
Amanda Harkness is convening the jury for the sixth 12 months of the awards. Amanda is the deputy editor and inside editor at Structure NZ journal, a former editor of Homes, and previous contributor to each Urbis and Inside magazines.
