From the Designer: “Tucked behind a suburban dwelling with an unusually deep lot sits just a little white block house group. This small, four-unit group of one-bedroom micro-apartments has zero road presence, creating the sensation for tenants feeling that they’ve discovered a hidden gem. The isolation of the mission naturally lent itself to the event of a personal, tranquil expertise away from the town’s hustle and bustle. To realize this, every unit is flanked with two personal outdoor areas: a courtyard at every entry, and a beneficiant yard and patio. These parts act as an east and west buffer, offering a quiet environment with pure mild that filters by way of native mesquite bushes in every out of doors area. Pure supplies carry by way of the inside and create a easy palette sincere to its building. The T-shaped ground plan is enhanced by pure mild and offers clear group of area and performance.”
