10 Things Your Landscape Designer Wishes You Knew About Gravel (But Is Too Polite to Tell You)

My purchasers are sometimes in love with gravel, or a minimum of with the thought of gravel. However as a panorama designer, I’ve a love-hate relationship with the paving materials.

The opposite day I visited a purchasers’ newly bought home—and realized that the sellers had put pea gravel between the entry pavers to “costume it up.” As an alternative of neatly tucked between paving stones, the gravel was scattered all over the place, making for an uncomfortable strolling expertise.
