I've been going by the latest Venice Biennale work and another exhibitions of years previous and have observed a motif of piles of uncooked materials or simply stuff… junk? It seems like a trope at this level. There may be sometimes a placard and also you're to take a look at this pile of stuff and really feel. Is that this structure? I had studied at Taubman so conceptual structure and its headiness in that area will not be misplaced on me (particularly when discussing junk /rubbish/ compost or the phrase digital thrown in entrance of any of these) There's an article on it right here in Metropolis: https://metropolismag.com/viewpoints/architectural-concept-pile/ Is submit Zaha Hadid and blobism simply… mounds?
I'm curious your ideas on what’s going on, is that this only a development to precise mass and scale? It feels impressed by Robert Morris like his work Grime: https://www.diaart.org/assortment/assortment/morris-robert-untitled-dirt-19682016-2016-010 Or possibly it's like Doris Salcedo and her chair sculptures.
Each of those works I discover extra inspiring although. Am I lacking one thing?
