The theme for Artwork Week 2024 is happiness; on 4–13 October the town will remodel throughout galleries, streets, lanes and public areas in a celebration of all issues artwork, and the enjoyment it brings.

With over 60 exhibitions, installations and occasions, there’s so much to be seen. Under is an inventory of occasions that draw parallels with structure or engages instantly with Auckland’s city cloth.

CHANGING LANES

25 September–13 October – BLOOM – Viaduct Harbour

In celebration of Artwork Week, Viaduct Harbour is ready to unveil BLOOM, a charming artwork set up by native artists Angus Muir and Harris Keenan. Positioned exterior Soul Bar & Bistro, BLOOM will likely be accessible for the general public to admire night time and day.

Artist Shannon Novak has teamed up with iion, programming the lights to alter from magenta to a vibrant show in response to the motion of individuals alongside the trail.
