Pernille and her household of 4 dwell a stairway away from her mother and father. The multi-generational group purchased a historic home in Valby, within the southwest nook of Copenhagen, with plans to cohabitate. Pernille and crew have the bottom flooring with easy accessibility to the yard, and her mother and father are on the parlor flooring—every with mine and yours new kitchens.
Wanting cooking setups that have been “comparable however distinct and private,” explains architect Ditlev Rahbek, they turned to his agency, Stillark. The group focuses on colourful, clean-lined kitchen designs and provides two cupboard fashions, each of that are extremely customizable. As Rahbek explains, “We have now taken the bespoke out of bespoke, and made cautious and defining selections by way of design and supplies. Which means that the architect and buyer can deal with format and performance.” Area was tight upstairs and down, and the problem, along with introducing cohesion and selection, was becoming in tables to assemble round.
