Submissions at the moment are being accepted for the 2025 Homes Awards, an annual program celebrating the top of Australian residential structure.
This 12 months’s program includes 10 awards classes, together with Australian Home of the Yr, New Home below 200 m², New Home over 200 m², Home Alteration and Addition below 200 m², Home Alteration and Addition over 200 m², Condominium or Unit, Sustainability, Home in a Heritage Context, Rising Structure Observe, and the newly launched Small Initiatives class.
This new class recognises achievement within the design of a small-scale residential venture. Initiatives should relate to a bigger main dwelling, however ought to be capable of be thought-about by the jury as a standalone venture.
