We first got here throughout this undertaking by Dinesen, the Danish heritage model specializing in exceptionally wide-plank wooden floors, who equipped the timber for a complete renovation of a villa in Hellerup, simply north of Copenhagen. The home, residence to mannequin Cecilie Haugaard and musician Christopher Nissen and their youngsters, was reworked fully by designer Sarah Fitzgerald, who acted as each designer and contractor by her studio, Sarah Fitzgerald ApS.
Throughout 237 sq. meters, the eight-room home underwent a full structural transformation, together with an entire reconfiguration of the plan and the excavation of a considerable basement degree. Working cohesively throughout structure and interiors, Fitzgerald launched hid metal beams to open the structure, alongside a thought-about materials palette, built-in furnishings, and custom-designed items for the area. Right here’s a better look.
