Is this buildable?

Hi there,

I’m not architect, I do 3D design by interest, self-taught (lower than 6M) and I began to do 1 degree brutalist home, the home is 27m widht and 24 deep, almost 11M tall (I feel this must be fastened and be a bit taller) partitions are 1M width, help wall (i dunno if that's the identify) is 2M.
