From the Architect: “Lately, Jill Neubauer, Companion at Neubauer Ennis Architects, led the design imaginative and prescient for a house constructed for Rachel Hodgdon, president and CEO of The Worldwide WELL Constructing Institute. Situated on Cape Cod, this contemporary, multigenerational residence was constructed as an ocean-side oasis, permitting Rachel and her spouse to flee their busy way of life in New York Metropolis and collect with household. Wellness was a high precedence for Rachel, her spouse and her dad and mom alike—using gentle and area, in addition to the merchandise and supplies chosen all performed a pivotal position in creating a house with intention, personalization, and wellness at its core.
