Does anybody know why there isn’t a lot funding/development in higher Manhattan? We’re speaking above a hundred and tenth St. in Morningside Heights, Harlem, East Harlem, Hamilton Heights, Washington Heights, Fort George, Inwood.
Over the previous 25 years, we have now seen a brand new skyline go up in Jersey Metropolis and Brooklyn, even downtown like Hudson Yards, however nothing of that kind uptown even at Manhattan’s northern finish.
Any concepts as to why? Tremendous curious.
