The previous Tobacco Manufacturing facility is a constructing complicated designed by Giovanni Bartoli and Pier Luigi Nervi in rationalist type between 1933 and 1940. Initially it was once a manufacturing facility the place tobacco was processed to supply, for instance, the well-known Tuscan cigars. Industrial actions ceased in 1999.
