The Australian Institute of Architects has unveiled the winners of its 2026 NSW Regional Structure Awards.
A complete of 35 architectural initiatives had been recognised throughout this system, together with 23 residential initiatives. Swansea Heads Home by Anthrosite acquired three accolades, together with the David Boyle Award (Central Division), the Named Award for Inside Structure, and the Named Award for Residential Structure – Homes (New). Surf Examine by Incidental Structure additionally appeared thrice on the record of winners, claiming the Award for Inside Structure, the Award for Sustainable Structure and the Timber Award.

The Central Division jury included Jo Bastian of Bastian Structure as chair, Janine Campbell, and Luke Moloney of Moloney Structure. The South Division jury included Jacqueline Connor of SJB as chair, Eleanor Peres of Sibling Structure and Luke Gray of Muunma Studio.
