Strachan Group Architects (SGA) has designed a 24-unit condominium growth in West Auckland for group housing supplier Visionwest Waka Whakakitenga. The mission, which started development in August (completion mid 2026), spans two three-storey buildings and is made up of six one-bedroom and 18 two-bedroom residences, together with eight ground-floor models designed to satisfy Lifemark 4 Requirements.
Visionwest CEO Lisa Woolley says the mission gives greater than only a place to reside — “it’s a considerate, community-focused response to the pressing want for protected and accessible housing in West Auckland.”

A deliberate second section of the event, at present within the design stage, explores the potential for an intergenerational studying centre and a purpose-built campus hub. SGA director Pat de Pont says the hub constructing will present wraparound group companies, together with housing and monetary help, a social grocery store, pastoral and counselling companies, and a studying centre, together with different important companies for supporting whānau.
