Thirty-one initiatives have been shortlisted within the 2025 Southern Structure Awards. The shortlisted initiatives have been chosen from entries within the awards programme of the Southern Department of Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects.
The shortlist was compiled by a jury led by architect Mark Mawdsley and rounded out by Geoff Lentz (Paua Architects), Tim Ross (Architype) and lay juror Sarah McCallum.
The winners can be introduced on Friday 13 June.
