Tiffany & Co. Flagship Store, Beijing

The Tiffany & Co. flagship retailer within the Taikoo-Li Sanlitun industrial neighbourhood in Beijing has a façade of curving, translucent glass fins that add an ethereal presence to the constructing. With its flowing shapes impressed by the masterpieces of jewelry designer Elsa Peretti, the Beijing retailer is the fifth in a collection of façade designs created by MVRDV for Tiffany, introducing a brand new design motif that displays the pursuit of revolutionary supplies and expressive three-dimensional type that characterises every design within the collection.
