David Chipperfield AmorePacific – How did they manage the MEP in this concrete ceiling ?

Hello,

I used to be travelling in Korea and ran into this actually cool piece of labor from David Chipperfiel architects, and even when the outside isn't my fav (perhaps a bit too monolithique, the scale is MASSIVE !), I used to be in awe with the gorgeous foyer area with the uncovered concrete !

However it’s a thriller for me to grasp how do they handle to place all of the MEP equipments in these uncovered concrete ceiling.

The small opening are simply sufficient to put in the assorted equipments heads, however how did they put inside all of the pipes and many others ? And left additionally the query on how do they do the maintance how these equipments with a stable uncovered ceiling like this ?
