Really big drawing room windows, are they intentionally designed for the famous artist who live here ‘Marcus Stone’ from 1877-1921?

First time posting right here however this very giant set of home windows in Kensington close to Holland park jogged my memory of the Homes with enormous home windows that I do know had been designed for artists to get extra solar mild throughout the day on Talgarth highway in London. Anybody capable of affirm if that is function constructed?
