The South Australian planning minister has authorised a planning code modification that can allow new towers in Adelaide’s Competition Plaza to succeed in as much as 40 storeys, regardless of a majority of session respondents opposing the modification.
The tallest tower at the moment within the plaza, One Competition Tower, reaches 29 tales.
