A two-tower proposal comprising 258 properties has been permitted for improvement in Chatswood, Sydney.
Designed by Carter Williamson Architects with Land and Type Studios, the state vital challenge was permitted by the NSW Division of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure following its exhibition in June 2025.
The towers will likely be positioned at 38–42 Anderson Avenue, 3 McIntosh Avenue and a couple of Day Avenue, roughly 300 metres from the Chatswood Transport Interchange.
