Plans for a 16-storey build-to-rent (BTR) growth destined for 1 Stephenson Road, Cremorne, Melbourne, have been unveiled.
Designed by Six Levels Architects, the constructing includes 263 flats of various layouts together with studio, one- and two-bedroom flats, and facilities reminiscent of co-working areas, wellness services and a rooftop terrace.
Zagame Property director Bobby Zagame stated the undertaking envisioned for “one in every of Melbourne’s most compelling long-term city markets,” intends to permit “extra individuals to reside inside strolling distance of employment, transport, leisure and a few of Melbourne’s finest meals and beverage venues, whereas having fun with professionally managed housing and premium communal facilities.”
Developer PDG founder and managing director Vince Giuliano claimed the event marks an “exceptionally uncommon” alternative to develop at scale in Cremorne.
Topic to approval after being processed by the Victorian authorities’s growth facilitation program, building is projected to start in mid-2027.
