House Built in 1907 in Moscow, Russia, this Neo-Russian style house was once the property of Zinaida Alekseyevna Pertsova.

Design and Imaginative and prescient The challenge was designed by artist Sergey Malyutin, whereas the architectural execution was carried out by Nikolay Zhukov and the development was managed by engineer Boris Shnaubert. The constructing was initially meant as a rental property, designed particularly to deal with the artistic intelligentsia.
