A sleeping area of interest, rigorously deliberate plumbing, and the right mild fixture make for a huge impact on this renovation by MR Studios.
It was the mix of a location in an ideal college district, an enthralling city, and “the least terrible of the homes we have been in our value level” that led lighting designer Kille Knobel to buy her 1,500 sq. foot ranch-style home in 2009 in Glendale, Los Angeles.
