College assignment from the 4th semester

This venture was designed for a low-income neighborhood in downtown São Paulo, with a metro station, commerce, bus stops, and cultural spots close by. It consists of 60 flats of assorted sizes in three completely different layouts, some with balconies and a few as duplex items. On the bottom ground, there’s a widespread restaurant, and beneath the smaller constructing, there’s a road gallery. We needed to plan the location format along with the crew engaged on the adjoining lot. The mannequin was designed and 3D printed by me.
